Arrival & Departure
Arrival: You can arrive at the hotel at any time, the rooms are available from 02:00 pm, however, we will assign the rooms as soon as they are ready and available. In the event that your arrival time is before the access to the room, you can take advantage of all the common areas and services of the hotel such as luggage storage.
Departure: The room will be at your disposal until 11:00 am on the day of departure: rooms must be vacated by this time. A luggage storage service is available on the ground floor at no extra cost. For any other needs, please contact the reception.

Buffet breakfast
The buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 am on the first floor in our breakfast room with a frescoed ceiling. In the warm season it is possible to have breakfast on the terrace adjacent to the breakfast room. Gluten-free products are available upon request. If you have to leave before the breakfast room opening time, you can ask for a breakfast box at the reception within 06:00 pm of the previous day. Room service, with extra charge, is available from 7:00 to 10:00 am am by dialing 199 from your room telephone. If you want to ask for room service during the rest of the day, please contact the reception (dial 9).

Internet
Free Wi-Fi connection is available in the whole building and in all the rooms signing up on the page that opens by accessing internet from your device.

Car Parking
The Hotel is located in a limited traffic area, between Piazza Duomo and Piazza Santa Maria Novella: it is possible to drive to the hotel only if you leave your car in a Garage located in the city center, which will communicate your car plate number to the local authorities. The Garage is always at our customers’ disposal; car pick-up and delivery service is included in the Garage rate (from 25 euros each day, up to 03:00 pm of the day of the departure).

Laundry Service
For daily laundry service, please deliver the clothes to be washed and / or ironed to the reception desk in the appropriate bag, within 10:30 am, along with the filled form, which you will find inside the wardrobe in your room.

Our staff is at your complete disposal for reservations in language and customized of:
- All the main Museums, "direct access without row";
- Excursions and tours in and around the city;
- Tourist Guides & Personalized Routes;
- Assistance for Train Tickets;
- Restaurants of all kinds;
- Car Rental, Vespe, Bicycles;
- Shuttles or Cars with Driver for airplanes or other destinations;
- Currency Exchange.
